Cookie Policy
What this website uses
Cookies and similar browser technologies can support website functions, delivery and security. Our own website features do not set advertising or analytics cookies, or use persistent browser storage to track visitors. This does not mean that every visit is free of cookies or other third-party processing.
Security verification
The newsletter and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. It processes browser, device and network signals, including IP address. Security technologies may use cookies or similar browser storage when a challenge is required. These serve verification and service protection, rather than advertising. Cloudflare explains the relevant cookies, their purposes and lifetimes in its cookie information. See also the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
External resources and service data
Fonts and icons are served from this website; pages do not load fonts or icons from third-party delivery services. The Privacy Notice explains the services that do process visit information, such as security verification.
Ask Sustin, a preview of Sustin, keeps recent conversation history only in the current page, until you clear it, reload it or close it. It does not save chat history in cookies or persistent browser storage. Clearing cookies does not unsubscribe you from the newsletter. The Privacy Notice explains the services, recipients, legal bases, retention and international processing.
Your controls
You can inspect, block or clear site storage through your browser. Blocking security or external resources may affect verification or display. To stop Sustin communications, use the unsubscribe route. For questions about these technologies, contact [email protected].
Changes
This policy should be read with the Privacy Notice. Material changes to website technologies will be reflected here, with any required choices provided before optional tracking is activated.
Terms of Use
Information and enquiries
This website explains the Sustainable Intelligence ecosystem, research and available engagement pathways. Sending an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not create a service contract. Scope, deliverables, confidentiality, fees and any follow-up are agreed separately with the responsible entity before an engagement begins.
Illustrative outputs describe an example format, not a completed client engagement. Research, development and proposed activities retain the status stated on their pages. Existing subscriptions to Sustin updates are unchanged and do not create a profile; new sign-ups for Sustin are at sustin.ai.
Services and responsible entities
Browsing this website does not create an account. Research and advisory services, and Evidence Assessment by Sustainable Intelligence, Industry 5.0 Rating by Sustainable Intelligence and ESG Ratings by Sustainable Intelligence once available, are provided by Sustainable Intelligence ASBL; all three are in development and no rating has been issued. Sustin and the other products of SUSTIN C.I.C. are governed by their own terms at sustin.ai; SUSTIN C.I.C. provides no consulting services. The relevant proposal, agreement or product terms specify the contracting entity and obligations. See the Legal Notice.
Optional Ask Sustin assistance
Ask Sustin, a preview of Sustin, helps visitors explore public sources. Its answers are not personalised professional advice, statutory audit, accredited certification or a basis for high-stakes decisions without independent review. Check cited primary sources and do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive information. The Responsible AI Statement and Ask Sustin privacy section explain its scope.
Using material responsibly
You may browse and link to public pages, and use limited extracts where the applicable licence or law permits. Keep source attribution, dates and qualifications. Rights may belong to the ASBL, the CIC, third parties or licensors; publication here does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted reuse. Follow the licence attached to each resource. Contact [email protected] for reuse enquiries where permission is unclear.
Do not use the public interfaces to disrupt the service, bypass access or abuse controls, impersonate others or submit information you are not entitled to share. Use the source pages to verify important claims, including information generated by Ask Sustin.
Availability, changes and contact
Public information and features may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Check the source date and stated development status before relying on material. External sites have their own operators, terms and privacy notices. Send website corrections, concerns or complaints to [email protected]; service-contract matters should be addressed to the entity identified in your agreement.
These website terms do not replace an engagement agreement, a third-party licence or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible AI Statement
Purpose and human agency
AI should support informed human judgement through evidence provenance, source context and clear uncertainty. Visitors remain responsible for deciding how to use the information and can choose to read public sources directly.
What Ask Sustin does
Ask Sustin, a preview of Sustin, uses AI to help visitors explore published information from sustin.net, i5benchmark.com and sustin.ai. Source links are shown where available so visitors can inspect the supporting material. The interface provides explanations; it does not perform formal certification, a completed i5Benchmark assessment or autonomous actions on behalf of visitors.
Evidence and human judgement
Answers can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Check linked sources before relying on a statement for a consequential decision. The assistant is instructed to distinguish operational, review, development, research and demonstration status; Challenge signals are not assessment findings, and research hypotheses are not established results. It should acknowledge when retrieved sources do not support an answer.
A generated answer is not a human-reviewed finding or an adopted methodology. Citations and version information support review but do not replace it. Research and experimental work remain distinct from adopted evidence and released capabilities; the public assistant does not imply that the wider evidence-to-action pipeline is publicly operational.
Information handling and safeguards
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information, or unnecessary personal details. We do not retain visitor questions or AI answers in our application records or logs. Recent conversation history remains only in the current page. Submitted information is processed to generate answers; this processing is not restricted to the EU. The Ask Sustin privacy section explains what is processed, its purpose, recipient categories, retention limits and your rights.
Choice and feedback
Using the assistant is optional. You can stop an answer, clear the conversation or read the source pages directly. Report an inaccurate or harmful answer to [email protected], including only the non-sensitive context needed to understand it. Chat messages do not create profiles or subscribe visitors to newsletters.
This statement describes the public interface. It is not an ISO 42001 or EU AI Act certification claim, an accredited financial or risk score, or an endorsement of a third-party model or provider. Future products and services require disclosures appropriate to their actual functions.
